Fox News projects Trump defeats Harris in Georgia

The FOX News Decision Desk predicts that former President Donald Trump will win Georgia in the 2024 White House election.

The former president, who narrowly lost the Peach State by less than 1% in 2020, will receive the state's 16 electoral votes.

He and Vice President Kamala Harris have committed significant time, money and resources to Georgia, a traditionally red state where Democrats introduced the policy just four years ago.

Millions of Georgians went to the polls during the early in-person period from Oct. 15 to Nov. 1, and the state broke records for Election Day voting.
