A mugshot released by authorities on Wednesday showed the suspect who killed a Chicago police officer appearing to be foaming at the mouth.
Darrion McMillian, 23, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder after a traffic stop turned fatal Monday night in the city's Chatham neighborhood, Chicago police said.

CPD said McMillian was in the passenger seat during the stop, which police say was necessary because the vehicle was blocking traffic.
During the traffic stop, police said they noticed McMillian reaching into a bag at his feet to put something in.
That's when McMillian pulled out an automatic handgun and fired, killing Martinez and the driver of the car, Chicago police said.
