The Republican National Committee (RNC) resolved “hundreds” of issues on election night, working quickly with a team of lawyers to resolve cases of potential election fraud, RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said. He gave some examples of what their team has done. Americans anxiously awaited the final election results.
Whatley said there are “many stories” that show the RNC is prioritizing election integrity on election night, noting that the RNC handles “literally hundreds of issues across the country.” did.
“And many of them, you know, seemed minor at the time,” he said, but poll watchers in Philadelphia (230,000 nationwide, 15,000 in Pennsylvania alone) I pointed out a problem because I was blocked from entering. .
“So all the poll workers got together. You know, when voting started, they wouldn't let them in. And, you know, we said, 'Well, we're registered. I'm a poll worker.'' They said, “That's great.” You can't come in,''' Whaley said, explaining that they were in front of officials with their lawyers and planned to be “in court within 15 minutes.”
“And within 30 minutes, a member of staff arrived in the room and, to me, was very aggressive and forward-looking,” he said, citing another example.
“There were some counties that said, 'Well, we're not going to count them all night.' We're going to keep all the ballots and count them tomorrow.” That's in violation of state law. Whatley said, effectively warning that the RNC would take him to court within 15 minutes.
“Then they said, 'Well, wait a minute. Let's count that number tonight,'” he said, noting that the incident was also in Pennsylvania.

“There have been countless times in Arizona, in Nevada, in other states. And, you know, I really think the language that we used internally was precautionary. You. What I want to do is be there and demonstrate to them [that you] They will be there, and then they will withdraw and they will not misbehave,” he said.
“And we've seen literally hundreds of examples around the world. I was talking this morning with Laura Trump, who is a really great person as co-chair, about how big this effort is. “Whatley continued, they have hired 6,500 lawyers across the country.
“We had hundreds of firms on retainer. We had 115 lawyers in-house, and everyone was committed. I can't thank the entire team enough, because… Because you can just look at the results and say, oh, they made the decision to go ahead with it,” he added.
