LSU may have live tiger on sideline vs Alabama: reports

Saturday night's highly anticipated SEC showdown in Death Valley will pit host No. 14 LSU against No. 11 Alabama. With national attention focused on this ranked game, LSU will reportedly have a special guest on the field throughout the game, and it's living up to its name.

According to multiple reports, this is the first time in almost 10 years that a live tiger has appeared in the field.

The move may be in response to Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry's desire to see a live tiger return to the Death Valley sidelines this year.

According to the Louisiana Illuminator, Landry formed an informal committee to discuss returning live tigers to the sidelines with LSU.
