The toy company that created Barbie and Hot Wheels is facing backlash for accidentally putting a URL to a pornographic website on the box of a Wicked doll.
Merchandise for the movie, which stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo in a two-part Broadway play, includes two dolls modeled after Glinda (Grande) and Elphaba (Erivo).
On the back of the box is a link to the website wicked.com.
However, fans discovered that the domain belonged to a porn site and not the official website of the Universal-produced film.
The actual site for this movie is wickedmovie.com.

The mix-up was exposed by a fan on X (formerly Twitter) who shared a photo of the packaging and blamed Mattel for the mistake.
“Hey @Mattel, whoever is in charge of marketing/packaging for the new official Wicked doll made a huge mistake! http://wicked.com If it's on the package, it will lead you to a porn site! ” 1 person I wrote.
