Is this her “last heartbreak”? Jessica Simpson sparked rumors this week after writing: puzzling post About her new music and about “putting up with everything I didn't deserve.”
The “Irresistible” singer shared a glamorous photo of herself Monday in a music room in Nashville, where she was being interviewed, writing, “That's where I discovered my singular magic.”
“This comeback is personal,” she added, “This is an apology to myself for putting up with everything I didn't deserve.”

Although she didn't reveal who she put up with or what, some fans speculated that her marriage to former NFL player Eric Johnson was not working out.
“Are you saying this woman is single?” one fan wrote.
Another fan posted, “Yeah, I just called. I love you. Stay strong.”
Simpson and Johnson married in 2014 and have daughters Maxwell, 12, and Birdie, 5, and son Ace, 11. Fox News Digital has reached out to Simpson's representatives for comment.
Simpson's sister Ashlee Simpson said Monday night when asked about the divorce rumors. TMZ, “Fans are speculating that she's getting divorced based on Jessica's recent Instagram posts. Do you know anything about that? Is it true?” she answered, “No.”

Incidentally, Jessica Simpson, CEO of the Jessica Simpson Collection, was gushing about Johnson on his 44th birthday a little over a year ago.
“My heart is so in love with this man that I can't call it my own…We love you,” she wrote at the time.

Simpson has previously opened up about her struggles as a young woman in the music industry, including needing to lose weight and being told she wasn't making enough money for her label.
Simpson wrote in her memoir, Open Book, that producer Tommy Mottola told her when she was 17 that she needed to lose 15 pounds.
Simpson said she weighed 118 pounds at the time and was 5 feet 3 inches tall. Mottola's allegations led the singer to resort to diet pills to drop her weight to 103 pounds.

She revealed in the book that she will continue to take diet pills “for the next 20 years.” Her struggles led to a drinking problem, but she stopped drinking in 2017.

Simpson also said that when she was 17, she started taking sleeping pills to silence the voices in her head that were trying to stop teasing her about her weight.
“At night, when I was alone waiting for the sleeping pills to take effect, I started hearing a voice say, 'Do more sit-ups, fat people,'” she wrote.

“You can never get back the money we put into you.”Simpson told Bustle A senior executive once told her:
“It wasn't my choice to use Scott Storch and all the producers.” [cost] “It was $1 million per song,” she said, “I didn't control that budget. We were just yes men,” she said of her and her father, who was her manager. “And by saying yes to everything, I lost everything.”

Simpson was previously married to Nick Lachey from 2002 to 2006.
