An undefeated season and the Kansas City Chiefs' third consecutive Super Bowl victory could have helped Patrick Mahomes reach the top of the league, something Tom Brady did not achieve during his career.
However, any chance of a perfect season ended with a 30-21 loss to the Buffalo Bills. By Sunday night, it was time for the Chiefs to go back to the drawing board and recalibrate for Week 12. Mahomes said afterward that he hoped the loss would be “food” for the rest of the season.

“I'm not going to say we're relaxed, but at the same time we feel like we just got these wins at the end of the game. Especially in the game, this is the trigger for us to have more of a sense of urgency. I think that's what comes from me at the start of a football game, especially on offense, and to turn the ball over on the first drive is something you can't do in a big game like this.

Mahomes didn't have the best game of his life. He started with an interception on his first pitch.
He had 196 passing yards, three touchdown passes, and two picks.
