Country style met red carpet glamor at the CMA Awards in Nashville on Wednesday night.
The evening's host, Laney Wilson, who received four nominations, put a twist on the traditional cowgirl look by pairing a sparkling black blazer and hat with sheer pants.
Fellow nominees Kelsea Ballerini and Kacey Musgraves went for a bit of glamor, with Ballerini in a sparkling silver dress and Musgraves in a light blue crystal-encrusted dress with fun feather-like sleeves. I wore it.

For many stars, the CMAs were date night. Chris Stapleton and his wife Morganne appeared in black-on-black ensembles, with Stapleton donning his signature cowboy hat. Miranda Lambert and husband Brendan McLaughlin also opted for chic matching black, with Lambert wearing a strapless dress with a flowing train.

The two have been dating for about two years since rumors of their romance first surfaced in January 2023, and Ballerini confirmed their relationship a month later. In a recent interview with Women's Health, Ballerini said of Stokes, “It's been a beautiful journey to figure out how to have a relationship with someone who is such a mirror image of me.”
