Nigel Farage and his ‘historic mission’: on the ground with Reform UK – podcast | Reform UK

At the Reform UK party conference in September, leader Nigel Farage announced the party's “historic mission”. It is about professionalizing, modernizing, and mobilizing the “people's army” to gain nationwide support.

This follows an unprecedented success for Reform in the general election, with no populist right-wing party in Britain ever winning as many seats as the five in July. And they won despite a campaign marred by racist and Islamophobic rhetoric from reformist MPs and candidates.

So this autumn, Mr Farage is looking to build on that momentum and create a party that can win even more seats in the next election. Mr Farage even claims he could become the next prime minister.

Today's focus presenter Helen Pitt He followed this effort to transform UK reform and spoke to delegates at the Birmingham conference in September. Attended constituency branch launch in Greater Manchester in October. Activists hope to unseat Labor ministers there. He then traveled to Mr Farage's own home base of Clacton to find out how residents were feeling.
