Criminals, Sex Traffickers Used Biden’s Parole Pipeline to Get into U.S.

Immigrants with ties to crime, sex traffickers, and scammers took advantage of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris' parole pipeline to enter the United States as bombshell interim workers. report This was announced by the House Judiciary Committee.

The report troubles the administration's CHNV program, which aims to allow Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans to bypass the southern border and enter the United States by flying into domestic airports. It details the fraud and abuse that has occurred.

Since January 2023, the CHNV program has welcomed 531,620 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans into American towns.

“Since January 2021, President Joe Biden and Border Czar Vice President Kamala Harris have admitted 7.7 million illegal aliens into the United States, including at least 1.9 million known illegal aliens,” the report begins. .

To hide the border crisis and artificially reduce the number of border encounters at historic highs, President Biden and Vice President Harris have implemented programs and policies that allow foreign nationals to bypass the Southwest border. Therefore, they are not included as encounters in Border Patrol data. In particular, the administration created what it called a “legal pathway” for illegal aliens to enter the United States without Congressional approval. One such measure is the Biden-Harris administration's full parole program for citizens of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV). [Emphasis added]

Through CHNV, up to 30,000 foreign nationals each month can bypass the U.S. border and enter directly if they have no grounds for entry and have “supporters” in the United States. The Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) will “grant parole” for two years if he “boards a commercial aircraft.” “As of the end of September 2024, more than 531,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans” had done so. CHNV supporters must file Form I-134A, Online Application to Become a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support, with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and provide the following: You must agree to the following. [the CHNV beneficiary] You can receive financial support during your parole period in the United States. ” The CHNV alien then arrives at a U.S. airport, and DHS officials parole the alien into the country. Once paroled, the foreign national can apply for a work permit. [Emphasis added]

Specifically, the report found that Biden and Harris “support allowing hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to enter the United States through CHNV, enabling fraud, undermining national security, and threatening public jeopardized safety.”

According to the report, CHNV applicants used fraudulent documents to claim they had the financial means to go to the United States. Similarly, some applicants acknowledged that the income listed on their applications may have come from criminal activity.

In some cases, immigrants were admitted to the United States through the CHNV program even though they did not reside in Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, or Venezuela (the four countries the program aimed to assist).

The report also found that “sex traffickers may have used CHNV to exploit women and girls,” adding that “fraud analysis of CHNV applications reveals that It became clear that some of the applications were submitted on behalf of a high proportion of women.” Alien from CHNV. ”

“In one such case, 21 supporter applications were submitted from the same IP address on behalf of 18 women and just three men,” the report states. “At least six of the women were under the age of 18.”

In August, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas temporarily suspended the CHNV program, citing reports of fraud and abuse. But just weeks later, Mayorkas announced he would restart the program despite warnings from Congress.
