The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Wednesday that they had arrested four Hezbollah terrorists who had infiltrated south Lebanon among civilians returning to their homes following the ceasefire agreement.
The Prime Minister's Office said in a statement:
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yisrael Katz instructed the IDF not to allow residents to enter areas of villages adjacent to the border with southern Lebanon as a first step in implementing the ceasefire framework.
The IDF has arrested four Hezbollah militants, including a local commander, who entered the restricted area, and will continue to take strong action against violations.
Under the terms of the ceasefire, Lebanese civilians are allowed to return to southern Lebanon over time while the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) deploys south of the Litani River to replace the IDF.

However, the Israel Defense Forces, through its Arabic-language spokesman Lt. Col. Avichai Adlai, has warned civilians that it is not yet safe to return home and those who have returned should not move around the area. Adley added that there is a daily curfew from 5pm to 7am south of the Litani River until further notice.
