Tom Brady ripped for not actually eating a Turkducken during Fox Thanksgiving broadcast

Turducken wasn't included in Tom Brady's super healthy meal plan for Thanksgiving this year, but fans spotted him.

While calling the Giants a 27-20 loss to the Cowboys on Thanksgiving, Brady didn't seem too thrilled to be fed the FOX classic started by the late John Madden. Chicken with bones removed.

“This is your first official Turducken. What do you think?” FOX broadcast partner Kevin Burkhardt asked Brady.

“Let's try it,” he added, grabbing a large turkey leg and taking a bite.

“How did a duck and a chicken get caught in this?” Brady said, possibly stalling while picking up a turkey leg.

Brady then lifted the turducken to his mouth and barely bit the turkey, chicken, and duck with his teeth.

“That's good. Really good,” Brady said, stuffing himself with just turkey before the second half started. “I'm bailing you guys out. Good night. This was amazing. By the way, this was amazing.”

Brady's eating habits are significant, with fans pointing out that Brady didn't eat any of the leftover food in his stuffed turkey at Turduckengate.

One X user pointed out, “There's no duck or chicken in the turkey leg.”

The dish, popularized by the legendary Madden, is a staple of Fox broadcasts, and clips of players from the '80s and '90s eating it are always shown during Thanksgiving games.

Fox also usually shows old clips from the '90s of Madden explaining how to make bizarre meals.

Brady has been obsessed with food for most of his NFL career, especially after he met longtime trainer and nutritionist Alex Guerrero.

Brady credits the TB12 system for allowing him to enjoy the length of his NFL career.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion played 23 seasons, most with the Patriots.

The Turducken tradition may not be Brady's, but its origins date back to Madden's partnership with Pat Summerall.

The tradition began in 1989 when Madden gave Reggie White a turkey leg after the Eagles' 27-0 victory over the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day.

If Brady stays here for a while, he might want to really dive in next year and eat a little more of football's favorite traditions.
