Shedur Sanders and Travis Hunter have been apart of the pack recently, but they may not be a competition now.
Sanders' odds of being selected No. 1 in the 2025 NFL Draft have increased recently, making it more likely that Hunter will win the Heisman Trophy.
Colorado's stars, who could be among the top two picks in April, could get it after winning what could be their last game in Boulder.

Sanders, the son of head coach Deion Sanders, completed 34 of 41 passes for 438 yards and five touchdowns, including five touchdowns, as the Buffaloes dominated Oklahoma State 52-0. Hunter caught the third inning.
Hunter recently said he would “definitely” enter the NFL Draft, while Dion said both players would play in any bowl game, assuming the Buffaloes don't make the College Football Playoff. That would be unusual in today's college game with its top picks, but Coach Prime has a different mindset.
Scouts believe Hunter will likely be a cornerback in the NFL, but he hasn't held back on his desire to play both sides. Who could blame him?

The University of Colorado was in control of its College Football Playoff destiny heading into last week, but a loss ruined that chance. Currently, the Buffaloes need to lose two of the three teams — BYU, Arizona State and Iowa State — to qualify for the Big 12 title game.
