On Saturday, the 43-year-old singer announced that his show at Oklahoma City's Paycom Center will not take place on Dec. 2, as previously scheduled.
“Oklahoma City, I'm so sorry,” the “Selfish” hitmaker wrote in a message shared on her Instagram Story. “I have to cancel my show on December 2nd. I hurt my back at Nola, so the doctor told me to take some more rest. Thank you for your support. I hate that I'm going through this.” We all know that.”

The postponed date of the concert has not yet been announced. Timberlake last performed at the Smoothie King Theater in New Orleans on November 25th, before taking a week-long hiatus over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The cancellation of the Oklahoma City concert is the latest in a series of performances Timberlake has canceled over the past few weeks citing health issues.
Timberlake announced in an October 22nd Instagram post that he had to reschedule six concert dates after being diagnosed with bronchitis and laryngitis.

“Guys, I've been feeling unwell for the past few shows and it turns out I have bronchitis and laryngitis,” he wrote. “We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to reschedule several upcoming performances from October 23rd to November 2nd. The new dates are listed above. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to working with you. I'll enjoy having this.”
Concerts in Chicago, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Detroit, Milwaukee, St. Paul, Minnesota, and Columbus, Ohio have been rescheduled to February 2025.

Less than two weeks earlier, Timberlake angered fans by canceling a show scheduled for Oct. 8 in Newark, New Jersey, 30 minutes before it was scheduled to open.
The 10-time Grammy winner shared the news on Instagram, claiming the postponement was due to an undisclosed “injury.”

“It's really unfortunate that tonight's show has to be postponed. I was injured, so… hinder my performance. We are very disappointed that we will not be able to see you all, but we are working to reschedule as soon as possible. I promise I’ll make it up to you and give you the show you deserve,” Timberlake wrote with a heartbroken emoji.
“Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your continued support,” he added.
Fans rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts, with many expressing outrage at the late notification.

“Are you kidding? 30 minutes before the doors open!?” one fan commented.
“Everyone participating is over 30 years old…We all have full-time jobs, we have kids, we have families, we stay up late, we find day care, we find pet sitters, we have the mindset to take time off from work to travel. I needed to be prepared,” another person wrote. “Two hours before the show is unacceptable. That's if you realize right away. Not everyone is checking social media. I was already there. It's unbelievable. ”
The former *NSYNC members performed at the postponed concert one week later.

Timberlake returned to the road for the first time in five years with the Forget Tomorrow World Tour, launched in support of his sixth studio album, Everything I Sort It Was. The singer's seventh headlining world tour kicked off on April 29th in Vancouver, Canada.

The Memphis native is next scheduled to perform at the Toyota Center in Houston on December 4th. The tour will continue until December 20th, before resuming on January 13th after a holiday hiatus.
The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which will tour North America, South America and Europe, concludes in July.
