Ohio girl Oaklynn Alexander begs her dad not to kill her in 911 call

In newly released 911 audio, a 7-year-old Ohio girl pleads with her armed father not to kill her during a standoff with police, saying, “I don't want to go to heaven today.” The moment became clear.

Oaklin Alexander was abducted from her grandmother's home in eastern Ohio's Jefferson County on November 11 by her non-custodial father, Charles Ryan Alexander, 43.

An Amber Alert was issued, leading to a police chase as the couple fled with their young daughter in tow. This was announced by the Medina County Sheriff's Office.

Police eventually let the air out of Alexander's tires, forcing him to engage officers in a parking lot.

chilling audio In the 9/11 Alexander incident, it was revealed that an armed father threatened to kill his daughter and himself, yelling, “I'm going to shoot you both, stand back!”

Oaklyn could be heard begging in the background, repeatedly telling her father to stop.

Alexander grabbed a gun and threatened the girl's mother, saying, “I want to talk to her mother. If you're listening, Ashley, you should have called.''

The audio then disappears before Oaklin asks his father, “Are we both going to heaven?”

“How do you know we're going to heaven?'' she asked, and her father replied, “Are we both going?''

Oaklin then asked his father, “Am I going to heaven?” As soon as she realized what that meant, she exclaimed, “No!”

“I don’t want to go to heaven today,” Oaklin can be heard pleading. Then the father says, “I didn't want that to happen either. I just wanted to talk to my mom.''

One of the 911 dispatchers interrupted and told Alexander: [your daughter] And you didn't want this to happen. ”

“Let's not do what we can't undo,” the 911 dispatcher tells Alexander.

Mr. Oaklin could be heard in the background repeatedly asking, “Are you going to heaven today?” and at one point shouting, “I don't want to go!”

Another dispatcher tried to reason with Alexander, saying, “If you don't want to scare her, just keep talking to her.”

“Don't do anything that's going to be even more unfair to her. I know you're doing this because you love her,” the operator says.

At some point during the call, police opened fire, killing Charles Alexander.

Oaklin was safely returned to his family after witnessing a police officer kill his father.

A family friend has set up a GoFundMe to help pay for “Oaklin's care while her mother is away from work, mental health costs, and additional costs for her future.”

As of Sunday, nearly $8,000 had been raised for the girl's family.
