The DNA of missing Texas mother Suzanne Simpson was found on a hand saw hidden from police by her real estate mogul husband, who is charged with murder, according to court filings.

Simpson is charged with tampering with physical evidence with intent to disfigure a human corpse and crimes related to his wife's murder, but the indictment does not detail how Suzanne was killed. Her body has not yet been found.

After her father's arrest, his eldest daughter, Chandler Simpson, accused him of murdering her mother.
“My mother was a victim of abuse from my father,” the 20-year-old wrote in a series of Instagram posts.
“My father took my mother's life in a state of anger and control,” she said. “My mother died trying to get away from my father.”
Brad's former business partner, James Valle Cotter, 65, was also arrested at his home last month on a third-degree felony charge of tampering with evidence with intent to obstruct an investigation, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Cotter tried to dispose of the weapon police believe was used to kill Suzanne on behalf of Simpson.
Suzanne's body has not yet been recovered.
