DHS Freed into U.S. Illegal Wanted for Ties to Child Rape in Ecuador

An illegal alien wanted in Ecuador on child rape charges has been released to the United States by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), led by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Adrian Patricio Huerta-Nivero, 25, an illegal immigrant from Ecuador, was the first crossed He was arrested by the Border Patrol on June 4, 2021, at the border near San Luis, Arizona.

Huerta Nivero, like millions of undocumented immigrants under the Biden-Harris administration, was given a Notice to Appear (NTA) by a federal immigration judge and released the same day with a certified order.

Days after Huerta Nivero was released from DHS custody, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials learned that he was wanted in connection with a child rape case in Ecuador. ICE agents arrested Huertani Bello on June 12, 2021, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Huerta Nivero remained in ICE custody pending deportation proceedings.

On October 22, a federal immigration judge ordered Huerta-Nivero to be deported from the United States. He was deported on December 3 and handed over to Ecuadorian law enforcement.
