“It really won't even be a party. I'll keep the house clean and I'm sure I won't mess anything up,” the message concludes.

Airbnb hosts were dismayed by the unusual request termination and decided to ignore reservation inquiries completely.

Lentini, who lives in Armonk, New York, and has owned the home since 2012, didn't know about the suspicious gathering until he received a call from the Nantucket Police Department shortly after 10 p.m. on Nov. 1.

The officer asked her if she knew anything about the party on her property, which she denied.

“I said, 'No, that can't be true,'” she said. “They said, “There's a house party going on.'' And I said, “Oh my God!'' They said, “Let's call you back.'' ”

Local misfits entered the house through an unlocked window and set up shop to host elaborate parties.

Officers discovered that the “host” had set up a party for local students to arrive at the Airbnb in stages. Third graders arrived at 9 p.m., and 10th graders arrived an hour later, while the upperclassmen completed their plans.

“The audacity and the fact that she improved her grades tremendously!” Lentini said. “But knowing that my house wasn't destroyed, I can take some humor from that and say that she really should be a party planner. I don't want this to interfere with her future.” I don’t want to.”

The girl who first contacted Lentini had posted a video on Snapchat of her getting ready for a party.

“They took all the pictures and mirrors off the walls,” Lentini said. “They took all the pillows off the couch and put them in the basement. They moved all the furniture aside, rolled up my white carpet and moved it to the screened porch, and moved the TV.

“I'm upset about this, but they took care of the house. The worst damage was the sticky floors. There was also 'no trespassing' tape around the TV stand. It was posted,” she added.

Police only received information about the party because of noise complaints in the area.
