Brandi Glanville isn't holding back.
The former model-turned-reality star opened up about her health issues on social media over the weekend, explaining what she's been dealing with after sharing a photo of her current look.
Last week, Granville shared a video Take to Instagram for a cameo she shot for her fans. In the caption, she wrote, “It's been over a year since I dealt with health issues that prevented me from continuing with videos, but I'm back @cameo.”

Her appearance in the video led some of her followers to suggest that her health issues were due to Botox or fillers, but she has been open about both treatments over the years, previously posting on Twitter He denied that theory in a post to X. .

She then shared an unfiltered photo of her face.
Hundreds of people commented on the photo, many offering their condolences for the problems she is facing. Many people asked her what caused her appearance to change.

In January, Glanville was named in a lawsuit filed by fellow Real Housewives star Caroline Manzo, who appears on the show's New Jersey series. Manzo accused Glanville of sexual assault, but she did not name her as a defendant. Instead, Manzo sued Bravo, claiming the network hired Glanville despite knowing of her suspicious behavior.
Glanville and Manzo were filming a season of The Real Housewives in Morocco about two years ago, along with other women on the show, when the alleged assault occurred. The season has never aired, but as Glanville said on Sunday, her actions on that trip were no worse than other actions she's made on the show.

Glanville is named in Manzo's lawsuit against Bravo and has also discussed taking legal action of her own against the network.
