Under the Biden administration, TPS has swelled to unprecedented levels.

Most of the TPS immigrants are concentrated in multiple states including Florida, Texas, New York, California, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Indiana, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. are.

Biden's expansion of TPS for Venezuelans and Haitians is particularly notable because the designation is related to the wave of illegal immigration at the southern border from Venezuela and Haiti.

Despite TPS reaching historic levels, Senate Democrats are calling on Biden to quickly provide TPS to hundreds of thousands more immigrants in the United States who currently do not have immigration status.
