Colorado's Travis Hunter, the most outstanding player in college football, won the Heisman Trophy on Saturday night.
Hunter defeated Boise State running back Ashton Giunty, Oregon State quarterback Dillon Gabriel and Miami State quarterback Cam Ward to win the Heisman Trophy.
An emotional Hunter shared a long hug with head coach Deion Sanders and wiped his tears on Prime's shoulder.

“I thank God. I never thought I would be in this position,” Hunter said upon accepting the award.
Hunter received 552 first-place votes, topping Jeanty's 309 votes. They were by far the top two in the voting.
Hunter, 21, had one of the greatest seasons in college football history, playing both wide receiver and cornerback at the University of Colorado.
The Colorado superstar played a whopping 1,380 total snaps this season, rarely leaving the field.
Hunter played 670 snaps on offense, 686 snaps on defense, and 24 snaps on special teams.

As a wide receiver, Hunter had 92 catches for 1,152 yards and 14 total touchdowns. Hunter won the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's best wide receiver.
Hunter also won the Bednarik Award as the nation's best defensive player, making him the first player to win both the Bednarik Award and the Biletnikov Award.
As a corner, Hunter anchored Colorado's defense with 31 tackles, 11 pass deflections and four interceptions.
Hunter, along with quarterback Shedule Sanders, led Colorado to a 9-3 record, but fell just short of a Big 12 Championship appearance.
Giunty took second place because the Boise State running back had the best season by a running back in college football history.
Giunty's numbers were straight out of a video game, running for 2,497 yards and 29 touchdowns on 344 carries, averaging an impressive 7.3 yards per carry.

Giunty led Boise State to the No. 3 seed in the College Football Playoff, earning a first-round bye. Boise State will face the winner of SMU and Penn State.
