Lawyers for the three men accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging and rape claim there are similarities between Diddy and convicted sexual abuser Harvey Weinstein I am doing it.
Last week, three men with similar backgrounds filed a lawsuit against Didi, said Thomas Giuffra, who represents the three men. TMZ Reported.
The men allegedly invited Diddy to a party, gave him drinks that appeared to be laced with drugs, and that he woke up during or after the sodomy.
Lawyers acknowledge that Mr. Weinstein is not known to have used incapacitating drugs in his spiked drinks, but argue that the power relationship is similar to Mr. Diddy's.
Combs' lawyers continue to argue that all of these accusations can be proven to be false.
“These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against all unethical lawyers who filed fictitious claims against him,” Diddy's lawyers said. told TMZ.
Weinstein's lawyer Arthur Aidala also disagrees with Giuffre's claims.
“It is a blatant lie that Harvey Weinstein had a pattern of drugging and sexually abusing women. Not one of Mr. Weinstein's accusers has made such a claim. It wasn't there,” Aidala told TMZ. “It is reckless and irresponsible to make such claims. The differences between Mr. Weinstein's and Mr. Combs' claims could not be greater. In New York, Mr. Weinstein was an innocent man, and here he will ultimately be disgraced.” I look forward to the trial to clear the case.”
Combs was arrested on September 16 on federal charges of abuse, intimidation, coercion, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, and bribery against both men and women over a period of more than 10 years. He has been in jail since then. and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.
He is also the target of more than a dozen charges of rape, assault and abuse.
