The Manhattan District Attorney's Office is investigating alleged overtime sexual conduct against the NYPD's top uniformed officer, a spokesperson announced Saturday.
The investigation into now-former bureau chief Jeffrey Madley began after the Post exposed explosive allegations by subordinates that Madley had sexual relations in exchange for hefty overtime pay. Ta.

Madley resigned Friday night after being contacted by the Post about allegations from Lt. Gov. Quatisha Epps.
“These are very serious and disturbing allegations that allegedly occurred at NYPD Headquarters in Manhattan,” said a spokesman for District Attorney Alvin Bragg. “We are investigating.”
Mr. Epps told The Post in an exclusive interview that Mr. Madeley would have sex with her in his office on the 13th floor of One Police Plaza.
In a tearful interview, Ms. Epps claimed that Mr. Madeley proposed to her after she revealed that she was in financial trouble.
He demanded “to have anal sex, vaginal sex and oral sex.” “He was always asking me to kiss his penis,” she claimed.
Mr. Madrid denied the accusations, but resigned on the spot after being contacted by the Post.
Mayor Adams called the allegations “extremely disturbing and alarming,” and the NYPD promised to conduct its own investigation.
Mr. Epps recently made headlines when he emerged as the NYPD's highest-paid employee while serving as an administrator in Mr. Madley's office. Salary records show she earned more than $400,000 last year, including about $200,000 in overtime.
