An illegal alien who was previously deported by the Trump administration is accused of setting a woman on fire and killing her on a New York City subway.

Sebastian Zapeta Khalil, 33, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, was arrested by the New York City Police Department (NYPD) on Sunday after he was captured on subway surveillance footage on suspicion of setting a woman on fire and fanning the flames. Burn her alive.
