The Packers are 10-4, two games behind the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings in the NFC North, with both rivals already clinching postseason berths. However, the Packers could join them this weekend and, as mentioned above, could clinch a playoff spot before Monday night begins.

Packers playoff advance scenario
There are two ways the Packers can qualify for the playoffs. Monday Night Football.
First, if the Atlanta Falcons lose or tie with the New York Giants, and the Los Angeles Rams lose or tie with the New York Jets, the Packers will qualify for the playoffs.
- Falcons Lose/Tie AND Rams Lose/Tie
Then, if the Falcons lose or tie with the Giants and the Seattle Seahawks lose or tie with the Minnesota Vikings, the Packers will advance to the playoffs.
- Falcons loss/tie AND Seahawks loss/tie
But if neither scenario comes to pass on Sunday, the Packers could punch themselves in the postseason ticket with a win or tie against the Saints on the 20th. Monday Night Football.
