Promises to Fulfill on January 20

President-elect Donald Trump will take office on January 20th and has promised to sign a number of executive orders (EOs) on his first day.

Many of the EOs will reverse policies implemented by the Biden administration, reinstate President Trump's own past policies, and implement new policy goals.

Stephen Miller, whom President Trump nominated as White House deputy chief of staff for policy, said deporting illegal immigrants will be a top priority for the next president.

“President Trump … will issue a series of executive orders on day one that will close the border and launch the largest deportation operation in American history,” he told Fox News in December.

Axios compiled A list of actions President Trump has said he will take, based on mentions in his 122 speeches, press conferences, and interviews from January 1, 2023 to December 6, 2024. Ranked.

The list includes:

  • Resolving the Russia-Ukraine war
  • close border
  • Reduce federal funding for schools that teach CRT or require vaccinations.

Breitbart News published a list of 10 executive orders that President Trump could issue on his first day in office. Joel Pollack of Breitbart News Recommended More than 200 executive orders, actions, and policies that President Trump should enact in his first 100 days in office. Democrats and their media allies will likely try to portray him as a “lame duck” who cannot run again and point to his past challenges getting his agenda through Congress even when Republicans controlled both chambers.
