‘Beloved’ Georgia Realtor Killed, Allegedly by Illegal Freed into U.S.

An illegal alien reportedly released into the United States by President Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) caused a drunk-driving accident that killed Jimmy Chan, 37, a famous real estate agent in the American suburbs. He is accused of having committed a crime. Atlanta, Georgia.

Cristian Fernando Ilias Ruiz, a 20-year-old Honduran national, was arrested. Paid First-degree vehicular homicide, DUI, reckless driving, speeding, possession of alcohol by person under 21 years of age.

Police say the accident occurred a few days before Christmas when Elias-Ruiz ran a red light while driving drunk and hit Jimmy Chan's car in the femoral neck, killing him. A third vehicle was also involved in the accident and several passengers were injured.

“It's a shock to the whole family. We still can't accept that he's gone,” Jimmy's brother, Jason Chan, told Atlanta's WSB-TV 2. “He touched so many lives.”

Fox News Digital Report reveal Elias Ruiz is an illegal immigrant from Honduras who was first arrested after crossing the southern border in June 2021. But DHS officials released Elias Lewis into U.S. soil through Biden's extensive catch-and-release network.

Chan's family gofundme Mr. Page is a real estate agent in the area and served as president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Asian Association of Realtors.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) took Elias Ruiz into custody to be turned over to officials for arrest and deportation should he be released from the DeKalb County Jail at any time.
