‘He’s Just Delusional, It’s Kind Of Sad’: Victor Davis Hanson Argues Biden’s Presidency Is Built On Illusions

Victor Davis Hanson on Monday criticized President Joe Biden's inauguration on Fox News, saying it is built on illusions.

Monaka exterior Regarding the “Ingraham Angle,” Hanson rejected the idea that history would look favorably on Biden.

“No, quite the opposite. He's very paranoid. He feels like he's failed on borders, on the economy, on crime, on Afghanistan, on the Middle East, on every front, and that if he had doubled down on those failures, he would have succeeded.” I feel like it might be. And that's just a fantasy,” Hanson told host Kayleigh McEnany.

Hanson and McEnany were talking about something. article In a Washington Post publication on Saturday, Biden aides suggested his presidency would be remembered favorably. It was highlighted that Biden's allies cited a study in which historians ranked Biden the 14th best president, far ahead of Trump, who ranked last.

Additionally, Hanson said he believes Biden misunderstands his presidency. (Related article: 'Perfect Insider': Axelrod slams Biden while comparing him to Jimmy Carter's legacy)

“I think his problem is that Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris lost to Donald Trump and he won once primarily from 70% of Election Day mail-in votes to 70% of Election Day mail-in votes. “He really believes that's because of the sudden change to % in most states that he feels like he could have won again,” Hanson said. “And there's no data to back that up. So he's just delusional. It's kind of sad.”

Hanson also spoke about the tactical games going on within Biden's own party.

“He doesn't understand how his original business partner, Cayley, got nominated. He's a waxed doll who serves as a make-up for Obama supporters and others on the left of the party.” And when he couldn't do that anymore, they fired him,” Hanson said. “But they removed him by statute in the same way that they appointed him. And he lived by the sword of appointment and died by the sword of abdication. And he was fully aware of what his role was. I don't understand.''
