A car enthusiast shows off his epic collection, including a $1.5 million Toyota and a wooden motor.
Jane Weitzman, 70, had to build a huge 65-car garage to store the motorbikes, scooters, cars and other vehicles she's collected throughout her adult life.
Her collection includes 50 vehicles, including a Toyota 2000GT, a one-off classic Vanwall, and a Ford GTD 40.
And she said she doesn't plan on giving up her cars anytime soon and drives them all on a regular basis.
Jane, a curator from Evesham, Oakes, said: “My father was obsessed with Jaguars, and my brother was also obsessed with Jaguars.
“My late husband loved cars and collected them almost all of his adult life.
“We started collecting almost immediately and it grew from there.
“We moved here six years ago and built a 65-car garage.
“I own 50 cars, all of which are driven and used regularly.”
When it comes to the Classic Collection, Jane said her favorite car to drive is a 1999 Ford F 150 Lightning pickup that she can “push” on the open road.
She said: “I can push it because it’s not as valuable as the others.
“It has a supercharged 5.4-liter engine, but she doesn't handle it in any way. It's a lot of fun.”
“My other favorite is the Datsun 240ZG.When I was younger I admired the Datsun 240ZG and really wanted one, but I couldn’t afford it.
“I managed to put my foot down and it’s great to drive.
“For me, it’s all about driving.”
Jane owns a total of 50 vehicles, 40 of which are cars.
Jane has them all driven every eight weeks to three months and sees no point in buying them to keep them locked up.
She said, “Collectors should get out and enjoy their cars instead of leaving them in the garage.
“Sitting in the car and doing nothing is not helpful to the car.
“They need to be taken care of by driving.”
Jane said she only buys cars based on what appeals to her and loves nothing more than driving around in a “fantastic” car.
“For me, it's all about driving,” she said.
“Even when I’m in a bad mood, going for a drive in a nice car makes me feel good.
“My collection is very diverse and that's what appeals to me.
“It's not an investment, it's about enjoyment. If I don't enjoy the drive, it's sold.
