Utah State Police say an Arby's customer who was dissatisfied with his beef order was charged with assault and child abuse after allegedly strangling a teenage drive-thru employee. He was arrested on suspicion.
According to the newspaper, Salvador Anthony Espericueta, 51, was sitting in the drive-thru at an Arby's in South Jordan around 2:15 p.m. on Saturday when he became “upset with his order” and got out of his car to fast-track the food. According to court documents obtained by multiple news outlets, the maniacal suspect asked the alleged juvenile employee if he was “man enough to have a conversation” before pinning him against the sandwich shop's wall and door.
Espericueta then put his hands around the victim's neck, returned to his car and fled the scene.

Police arrested Espericueta at his home. Police said the man admitted to authorities that he made a mistake at the Arby's drive-thru about 25 miles south of Salt Lake City.
He was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated child abuse and disorderly conduct.
