Krispy Kreme has announced its first-ever collaboration with Pop Tarts, bringing three new and quirky options to the dessert chain's shelves, but only for a limited time.
It's called the “Crazy Good” line.each new donut reflects the flavor of the widely-loved Pop-Tarts, which are already available at participating locations.
“Krispy Kreme and Pop Tarts are partnering for the first time, and we think the results will be very positive,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme's chief growth officer. “Krispy Kreme and Pop-Tart fans will rejoice to kick off the year with this delicious collaboration!”
The first is frosted strawberries dipped in shortbread icing and filled with strawberry filling. The outside is topped with shortbread, sprinkles, strawberry drizzle, and strawberry pop tarts.
Next up is the Frosted Chocolate Fudge Donut, which combines chocolate icing, brown buttercream, and crushed frosted chocolate fudge pop tarts.
Finally, we topped the brown sugar cinnamon donut with brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese flavored buttercream. Covered with frosted cinnamon roll pop tarts.
“Pop-Tarts aren't just for toasters, they can inject culinary creativity to delight consumers,” said Jessica Waller, general manager of Pop-Tart's parent company Keranova Away from Home. Ta.

Waller added her own excitement to having the two flavors crossover “in an unexpected way.”
This collaboration is available for pick-up and delivery for individual orders or orders of dozens.
Some retailers also deliver Krispy Kreme donuts in boxes of six.
