A fire broke out in West Hollywood, Calif., just off Los Angeles' famous Sunset Boulevard, on Tuesday as storms worsened the Pacific Palisades wildfire.
“Firefighters halted progress on a fire that was threatening a home in West Hollywood off the Sunset Strip as afternoon storms were forecast and the area was experiencing high winds.” reported Fox 11.
“The fire was reported just before 10:10 a.m. in the area of Sunset Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard,” it added. Sunset Boulevard, from Queens Road to Havenhurst Drive, was closed due to gunfire. ”
No injuries or property damage were recorded, and the fire's progress ended around 10:51 a.m. Pacific Time on Monday.
