Exclusive- Scott Eastwood has become a bona fide action star in his own right, following in the iconic footsteps of his father Clint.
Eastwood, who has appeared in popular films such as “Fast This action-thriller centers on two married spies who are caught in the crosshairs of an international intelligence network seeking to obtain valuable assets.
“I loved the script,” Eastwood told FOX News Digital about the new film. “I liked the voice of the character.”
For the role, the actor had to hone his fighting skills, which he said was just like “riding a bike.”
“If you do it a lot, you might need to hone your skills a little bit, but they'll come right back to you,” he explained.

“I think I just like action,” he said. “I'm pretty good. I do a lot of martial arts. I've been doing martial arts for 20 years. I think the biggest thing is that I'm flexible and can get in and out and don't get hurt too much. If you're going to do an action movie, you better be in control because you're going to be doing the same thing tomorrow. ”
Scott's father, Clint Eastwood, is best known for his iconic action roles in films such as Dirty Harry and The Good and the Bad and the Ugly, as well as several Westerns he made throughout his career. He is one of the most prolific directors of such classic works. Scott has appeared in dozens of films, including “Unforgiven,'' “Million Dollar Baby,'' “Mystic River,'' and “Gran Torino.'' However, he did not specifically mention the person who inspired him to become an actor.
“I don't know if it was anything specific,” he said. “I remember watching movies like I was a kid. I saw 'Unforgiven' and thought, 'That was probably when I was 10 years old,' and I thought that was a pretty great movie. I remember thinking at the time, “What a wonderful way to live, to tell stories.'' ”

“And that's what we inherently do as humans, right?” he continued. “We tell people stories, and I think people are intrigued by stories. So making movies, telling stories, and influencing people is kind of an interesting art form. .”
Eastwood collaborated with another legend, the great Sylvester Stallone, on “Ara Ram.”
“He's a legend,” Eastwood said. “I got to work with him. I got to kick down doors and shoot people. It was a lot of fun.”

Like his famous father, Eastwood said he would like to one day step behind the camera and try his hand at directing.
“If we can make that happen, that's probably the next chapter,” he said.

Some Eastwood fans commented on the trailer for Arum, noting how much Scott resembles his father and asking when Scott would also star in a western.
“They had to write something good,” he said with a smile.
“Aralm” will be released on Friday, January 17th.
