The 2024 WNBA season concluded in late October of last year when the New York Liberty defeated the Minnesota Lynx 67-62 in the decisive fifth game of the finals.
Just under three months later, the sport is back in full swing.
Rather than wait for the 2025 season to begin in mid-May, fans of women's hoops are looking forward to seeing the game, including Angel “305 Barbie” Reese, Brianna “Stewie” Stewart, Brittney “BG” Greiner, Cameron Brink, Sabrina, and more. You can celebrate the best that we have to offer. Ionescu (who signed a historic contract) and others in the 3-on-3 Unrivaled Basketball League.
In this first campaign, there are six teams, consisting of 36 players: Laces, Lunar Owls, Mist, Phantom BC, Rose BC, and Vinyl BC.
Regular season games will be played from January 17th to March 10th. The very short four-team postseason is scheduled to take place from March 16th to 17th.
The problem is, watching these 3-on-3 games live isn't cheap.
At the time of publication, the lowest price for a two-game ticket (each ticket grants admission to the doubleheader) was $117, excluding Vivid Seat fees.
Seats for all other two-part games start in the $128 to $402 range before fees.
