Christina Haack's bitter divorce battle with her estranged husband Josh Hall is headed to court.
Haak and Hall are “no closer” to resolving their divorce.
“I hear we're going to go to trial,” the HGTV star said on Jan. 12 during an appearance on SiriusXM's “Jeff Lewis Live.” “He doesn't want to mediate. It's going to be fun, I can't wait.”

Haak said she has not been “ordered” to pay Hall's legal fees, but “Mr. Hall has requested them.” “I already had to do a little something,” she admitted. The reality TV star claimed to be supporting Hall financially.
“I gave him money to live and then he bought a Bentley. But then he also doesn't have a job,” she pointed out. “But he drives a Bentley, so I'm sure he's raising a lot of chicks.”
A representative for Mr. Haak declined to comment when contacted by Fox News Digital.

While speaking with Lewis, Haak also said that she and Hall “don't get along, they never get along. Have you seen me chasing him on social? No, anyway, yeah, I We are not on good terms,'' he said.
Haak said Tuesday that a representative for her real estate agent issued a statement saying, “It's sad that Christina has to resort to low-brow attacks about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on herself.” Following the announcement, he criticized Hall's “narcissism” in a scathing post on Instagram. Start a new relationship and stop talking about Josh. The statement was issued by Life & Style About Herc's appearance on “Jeff Lewis Live”.
“I threw up in my mouth,” Haak wrote over the statement on her Instagram Story. “It's the worst feeling ever for you to quote a Mariah Carey song. Trust me about Josh's life, but I care about his BTS tactics. . It's narcissism at its finest.”

Both sides are trying to move forward, even as legal conflicts continue to mount.
Hall appeared to confirm their relationship on social media by posting a post on his Instagram page wishing model Stephanie Gabris a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday to this real life” [angel emoji]” she captioned a photo of Gabriel sitting on her lap.
Haack also left Network Connex's CEO and president, Christopher LaRocca, according to the company. people magazine.

Herc and Hall The two filed for divorce in July, each citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for dissolving their marriage. Mr. Hall filed for spousal support and asked the court to terminate his ability to receive spousal support from Mr. Haak. Meanwhile, Haak asked the court to terminate both parties' eligibility for spousal support.
“I prefer privacy, especially during life-altering events like a divorce that I didn't want,” Hall wrote on Instagram after news of the divorce broke. “I don't say bad things about people publicly because people have families, friends, people they respect and love. Unfortunately, the internet is forever.”
“We are real people, this is our life, and I am not here to entertain strangers with private matters. These details will be discussed with our respective attorneys in due course. It will be dealt with behind closed doors. Those who know each of us, please know who we are.”

Despite Hall's pleas to avoid drama, the ongoing divorce battle is heating up.
Haack previously criticized Hall for allegedly demanding $65,000 a month in spousal support while the couple worked out the details of their breakup. The HGTV star's attorney argued in an Oct. 10 legal filing obtained by FOX News Digital that the request was “outrageous” because Hall is “self-supporting.”
“The claim by [Josh] That he sent the settlement offer in good faith is not an accurate characteristic of the communication. Petitioner Josh Hall is asking for $65,000 per month in spousal support. [Christina] “It cannot be called sincere for her to remain married for two years and nine months when he is supporting himself,” the document reads.[Josh] I just paid $70,000 to pay off my lease on [his] Since Bentley has separate property, he does not need spousal support from Bentley. [Christina]. ”

However, Hall denounced the claims in a statement shared on social media. “So now @dearmeylaw has filed a legal declaration filled with lies and assumptions… an interesting tactic for someone who is a licensed attorney and has taken an oath of honesty,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. at that time. “Certainly it is unethical to make patently false statements to a judge.”
Money appears to be a recurring point of conflict for the former couple. Haack previously accused Hall of transferring $35,000 from her bank account to his personal account just one day after filing for divorce.
“I would not have asked her to send me money the day after I told her I was getting a divorce,” Haak said in court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Haak met Hall and they were married twice before secretly tying the knot in 2021. She was married to fellow HGTV star Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018. The former couple have two children, daughter Taylor and son Brayden.
Before marrying Hall in 2021, Haak finalized her divorce from her second husband, Ant Anstead. Haak and Anstead married in 2018 and have a son together.
