Jacques Del Rio is going to France.
The former NFL coach, who last resigned from his position as an advisor to the University of Wisconsin staff following his DUI arrest in November, was named head coach of the Paris Musketeers of the European Football League.

Del Rio made headlines across the state in November when he was arrested in Madison, Wisconsin, for allegedly crashing his car into a road sign and then into a residential fence.

This is the latest stop in Del Rio's 35-year coaching journey, which includes stints as head coach of the NFL's Jaguars and Raiders.
His most recent NFL job was as the command's defensive coordinator from 2020-2023.

Paris are scheduled to open their fifth EFL season on May 17th against defending champions Rhein Fire, and Del Rio will not be able to take his new job lightly.
