‘Duck Dynasty’ Is Returning to TV with ‘Duck Dynasty: Revival’

One of America's beloved family-centered series is returning to television. 7 years later duck dynasty The final season and new series will be broadcast, Duck Dynasty: Revival, is set to debut this summer and will reconnect viewers with the Robertson family by sharing what happened in the years since the iconic show ended.

Like the original series, it will air on A&E.

duck dynasty For 11 seasons from March 2012 to March 2017, Duck Commander depicted the comical daily lives of CEO Willie Robertson, his family, and his colleagues. The 2013 Season 4 premiere was the highest-rated television broadcast in A&E history, drawing more than 11 million viewers.

Each episode ended with a heartfelt moment of the family praying around the dinner table.

The series' star, Sadie Robertson Hough, celebrated the news in a social media video.

“Our family is heading back to A&E with #DuckDynasty: The Revival!,” she wrote. “It's crazy to think how much has changed.” but also How much remains the same? A&E has ordered 20 one-hour episodes, according to a news release.

“The updated show will follow Willie and Cory, their growing family of adult children and grandchildren, and the next generation of the Robertson family on their Louisiana plantation,” the news release said. “As their dynasty expands beyond just ducks, Willie and Cory bring their signature humor and family fun as they work to chart the future of Duck Commander, as their children marry, have children, and find their own 's business, and to see her through death.''
