Furthermore, Musk has exposed government spending, with only the tip of the iceberg being sent to many different foreign countries.
However, the move caught many Republican lawmakers off guard. They initially urged conservatives to return to the hearing room because they didn't have enough votes to stop the motion.
“We are elected to dismantle federal agencies, fire people, transfer them, provide early retirement, and clean up the agencies without Congressional review, oversight, or consent. Republicans blocked my move without allowing discussion.
They don't stop anything to hide Elon Musk's lawlessness.
Musk, the head of the Government Efficiency Office (DOGE), has begun sending DOGE staff to multiple US agencies.

Commission chairman James Kommer (R-KY.) made many comments as a result of Republicans killing the motion.
“You may have invited Musk to be your minority witness, but you all chose to have a university professor. Invite Elon Musk,” Comer said.
During the hearing, Comer continued to defend the work being done by Doge, saying “real innovation is clean and untidy.”
“It was voted by the American people in November. It's a departure from the broken status quo,” he insisted.
