Pelosi Reacts to Jill Biden Calling Her Disappointing

On Thursday on MSNBC's “Andrea Mitchell Report,” the host asked Senator Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) about her disappointment for former First Lady Jill Biden.

Partial transcripts as follows:

Mitchell: President Biden says he thinks he could have won if he hadn't been pressured to resign. do you agree?

Pelosi: Well, all I know is that we got a seat at home. I never lost my seat. You know, people were like the Democrats lost. No, we didn't. I think it was completely different from President Biden at the top of the ticket.

Mitchell: Former first lady Jill Biden said she was disappointed in you. Is there a way to patch it? Did you talk to her?

Pelosi: Well, I certainly hope so. No, I haven't. But in reality, we all have all missions for the American people, the American people, the American people, the American working families. My overall passion for being involved in politics is for my kids. So, what are we doing for our children? I think it was important for the kids not to make Donald Trump the president of the United States. This means you'll take every step you need to make sure that doesn't happen. But it did. And now we have to deal with it. And in about six or seven months, you will see such a change. By the time we launch our campaign this fall, we will see very different photos of the Democrats with Donald Trump.
