Jerry Nadler (DN.Y.) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) announced the creation of the Jewish Caucus in Congress in a press release on Thursday, outlining the official forum for Jewish lawmakers. I praised it.
“In response to the unprecedented anti-Semitism in the United States and the challenges faced by the American Jewish community following the horrific terrorist attacks on October 7th, we understand the need for this caucus, in a statement.
“We believe this caucus will become a productive forum for bringing together Jewish members and striving to achieve unity rather than unanimousness, and discussing the issue of imports into the American Jewish community. Masu.”
Rep. Brad Schneider (D-Ill.) will co-chair along with Nadler.
