Despite all the talks and allegations of “dirty” from Dillon Brooks, Anthony Edwards made the Rockets better on Thursday night.
Edwards and Brooks went on to it throughout the game, with the chips splitting up on multiple occasions in Minnesota's 127-114 victory.
Edwards didn't hold back when talking about the post-match showdown.
“I love the competing parts, but all the little smooth, tiny dirty sh-t… he slams me into the face and I fell down and he said, “How much are you crying It's like, “Is that so?” Edwards later told reporters.
Brooks has a reputation for upsetting his opponents, while Edwards has a reputation for speaking his mind freely at post-game press conferences.
“'Brother, you hit me with my mother's face. What do you want me to do?” Edwards said. “I don't like that part. I don't do anything and act like you didn't do it.”
Brooks felt there was nothing normal and instead Edwards had received a positive call from the host crew.
“He's just calling his whistle… that's ridiculous.” Brooks said. “When a man goes to the line [15] In times you cannot protect him. When will defense be rewarded? ”
With the help of Charity Stripe's 1/14 performance, the Edwards finished with 41 points, 7 rebounds and six assists.
The game was close and competitive until Minnesota surpassed Houston 35-16 in the final quarter.
“We can compete all day long. We can talk about s-t all day long, but when you do it, it's more than basketball at that point,” Edwards said. Ta.

Brooks finished with 15 points, three rebounds and assists in 34 minutes of play.
Brooks received two technical fouls in the game. One is for scrum with Edwards and the other is for floping.
Brooks is third in the league in technical fouls this season, only behind nine Draymond Green and Edwards.
“Everyone knows what Dillon Brooks is like – he's dirty.” Edwards said. “I think he has a reputation for punking people.”
