Vice President JD Vance joined multiple French world leaders on Tuesday, warning that “overregulation” would ruin the artificial intelligence (AI) industry.

He cited the continued disparities between the US, China and its allies regarding the use of AI.

“We need to look to this new frontier, especially in Europe, with more optimism than fear,” he added.

According to sources familiar with his schedule, Vance held a bilateral meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, European Union President Ursula von der Leyen and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his trip. It will be held.
