Bailey Hutchins, a nurse who gained great support in Tiktok, while bravely sharing her battle with colorectal cancer, died after two years of fighting the disease. She was 26 years old.
“It's devastated to say my Bailey B passed away last night,” her husband, Kaden Hutchins, shared on Instagram Monday.
“She has fought such a tough, incredible battle over the past two years, but has not suffered from the torture pain she endured during this journey,” he said, along with a photo of her late wife. I wrote this along with a photo of me walking towards the mountains.
“Being your husband and caregiver was a very blessing to me. I still have that kind of distrust and I deny that I just lost my best friend,” he wrote. .
“Your faith can move a baby in the mountain,” he wrote, calling his late wife “such inspiration for others.”
“Unfortunately, God had a big plan for you for you,” he said – Sign-off: “Until we meet again.”
Caden Hutchins also shared the news of Bailey's death on her Tiktok account @healingwithbailey.
“Last night, our Bailey B was taken over to heaven. He wrote it along with a video from his 2023 wedding day.
He said the past two years have been a “absolutely devastating nightmare” for both Bailey and her family.
“It's an incredible journey to see and I'm extremely honored to be your husband and caregiver,” he continued.
“Her spirit shines as bright as the sun. Bailey is such a light, and we are going to keep it shining. Me and our family share her platform, B We tell stories about the wonderful memories and knowledge that have been passed down to us.
She first shared her cancer diagnosis in January 2023 at the age of 24.
“I was in the hospital for the past five days and had two surgeries to identify and remove a colon tumor. I am currently a stage 3 colon that has clearly devastated me and my family. I have cancer.” She wrote Before sharing, she was about to start chemotherapy.
After documenting her medical journey over the past two years, Bailey Hutchins returned to the hospital in early January to share with Tiktok that her health was in turn and that she needed some surgeries.
Her husband then posted an update to her Tiktok on January 26th, saying that she “takes it every day” as she goes in and out of the hospital, but that she appreciates their support. I told her followers.
“Bayley is fine, it's fine. We're doing our best we can now, just focusing on our friends and family and being in the moment,” he said.
“We just want to say we love you guys,” he added before he and Bailey gave two thumbs.
