Women Around The World Celebrate “Galentine’s Day”

Grab your best friend, it's time to celebrate Galentin's Day!

It is a day when women celebrate love and friendship with important gals in their lives, and millions of people are now celebrating across the country. According to Pew Reaserch, 71% of women say that most of their close friends are of the same gender, making Galentine's Day the perfect opportunity to pay tribute to their sisterhood.

The holiday is born as a kind of joke between friends on the sitcom “Parks and Recreation”, and the protagonist treats the most important woman in her life to a flashy brunch. But “breakfast style” may not be the best way to raise egg prices by 53% since last year. But “party goddess” Marley Madger says there are other ways to celebrate female friendship. She explains, “There are so many ways to celebrate Galentin's Day, so it's really limited by your imagination alone.”

Don't know where to start? It leaps violently towards the red and pink theme. Of course, Madja says that without food the Gallentin gathering is not perfect.

“Whether you're just having a salad or brunch at brunch, do some raspberries and strawberries and enjoy it,” she recommends.

Adult drinks are also a big part of the day. Madger says that one thing that can't be skipped is SIP, as it is impossible to toast into a platonic relationship without one.

“For most of us, it means a great alcoholic drink to relax, but it doesn't have to be. Of course you always want to make sure you have a non-alcoholic option. ”

If you have time, include the activity. “We're leaning towards trends like Red Light Therapy and Manipedi, so everyone is off their phones and have another craft-based activity, so they need to have a great photo op spot. You can also,” recommends Maisher.

And if you're struggling to find a hole in your schedule, it's literally anything to celebrate Garentine's Day, whether you drink coffee after school or schedule meals between meetings You can do it.
