A Delta Airline flight from Minneapolis crashed and capsized, and while landing at Toronto Pearson Airport on Monday afternoon, I took a photo of it showing a belly-rising plane.
Delta Flight 4819 crashed while landing around 2:45pm local time, Federal Aviation Administration officials said in a statement as strong gusts of wind and drifting snow were reported in the area.
The flight was operated by Endeavor Airlines, a Delta local passenger aircraft.
The Federal Aviation Administration said all 80 people had been evacuated, with 19 people being treated for injuries, three of whom were transported to local hospitals after crashing.

The aircraft was the top of the Canadia region Jet CRJ-900, carrying 76 passengers with a crew of four.

The FAA said a crash occurred while landing. Photos and videos of the scene show passengers fleeing the fallen aircraft.
The wind reported by Air Traffic Control (ATC) to pilots was wind at 20-30 mph. The gust of wind was nearly 40 mph.

All 80 passengers were evacuated, the FAA said.
A spokesperson for emergency medical services at the scene said two patients were taken by ambulance to two different trauma centers: Sunny Brook Health Science Center and St. Michael's Hospital.

A child, about four years old, was taken to hospital for a sick child in Toronto.
“These three were insignificant, non-life-threatening injuries,” Lawrence Saindon, Principal of Peel Regional Paramedic Service, told Fox News Digital. “All the rest is injured, there are cuts and scuffs, and nothing serious.”

Delta Air Lines has issued a statement regarding the incident.
“Several customers who were injured were taken to local hospitals. Our main focus is to take care of the affected people,” they said.
“Delta is working to connect from or via YYZ, which needs to monitor flight status through the Fly Delta app,” Delta's statement said using the airport's IATA code. I continued referring to Toronto Airlines.

Toronto Pearson Airport has resumed accepting air traffic, the airport said in a statement from X.
“As of 5pm, departures and arrivals have resumed in Toronto Pearson,” he said.
