Musk’s DOGE effort faces key hurdle as judge slated to issue ruling

The Trump administration's quest to tame a vast federal official, Leviathan, is expected to face a critical hurdle on Monday. Justice Tanya Chutkan is expected to rule after more than a dozen states have accused them of “unconstitutional” behaviour in sought a temporary restraining order.

Masks have led efforts to identify government components that can be eliminated or reduced, but are widely welcomed by political rights.

However, Musk has been scrutinized and criticized by many for the political left to raise alarms about the Doge probe.

While Musk leads the charges, he is doing so with President Donald Trump's blessing, and the commander stands firmly behind the push to eradicate government waste.

“Doge: billions of dollars in waste, fraud and abuse have been found. Campaign promise. Important to America!!” he declared last week in a True Social Post.

In a late Sunday night post, Musk indicated that the Social Security database lists Scads for people over the age of 100 as “setting the death field as false!”

“Maybe Twilight is real and there are a lot of vampires gathering social security,” he said.

Musk shared a chart showing millions of individuals listed between the ages of 100 and 159, and showing that they were listed at older ages than that.

The Social Security Office's office in the General Inspector Report issued in 2023 stated, “Audits own “living” numbers of approximately 18.8 million people over the age of 100, and above, estimates from the US Census Bureau. It has revealed that the person lives and resides in the United States. “

“Agency officials said as of March 2023, the SSA had issued approximately 531 million unique SSNs, with 18.9 million records representing approximately 3.6% of all numerical records. “The report said. “At the time of our review, about 44,000 people had received SSA payments out of the 18.9 million figure,” the footnote added.

The audit was conducted between September 2021 and May 2023, with an appendix to the report being provided.

Senator John Fetterman (D-Pa.) in X's post said he wants to increase government efficiency and save billions of dollars in taxpayer dollars, but “pass through your individual — * “He declared.

“Chaos parties lose – always,” he added in a tweet Monday.

But the billionaire business tycoon Musk fought back.

“Blue, if I wanted to slap random personal s, I might have done it with PayPal. Hello?” Musk declared. “When they are definitely dead, tens of millions of people marked “living” in Social Security is a big problem. Clearly, some of these people would have lived before America existed as a nation.

Their exchange continued, as Fetterman responded.

“Eron, PA resonated in Pennsylvania. “For many, it's causing chaos and confusion. It's that the potatoes don't help the dogs. PA voters want to secure their personal information and be spent wisely. I think so. Is it safe to assume that both are priorities?”

“I love people,” Musk replied. “We just want to fix the waste and fraud that has made our country go bankrupt. My scrutiny is extreme so we can't “run away” anything, and there's no incentive to do so. ”
