According to the NFL Network, Chedure Sanders won't be able to throw at this week's NFL Scouting Combine.
The Colorado quarterback has starred with Buffalo in the past two seasons under his father's Hall of Fame Deion Sanders – is expected to interview only with the Indianapolis team. Ian Rapoport reported on Sunday.
But that doesn't mean Sanders won't throw anything before the April draft. He and Cam Ward are expected to be the first selected QBs.
Instead, Sanders exercises and throws at Colorado Pro Day, but that date is not set.
On the Boulder Campus, Sanders can throw to his former Colorado teammate.
Sanders is just the latest elite quarterback prospect who follows in the recent footsteps of Caleb Williams and Jaden Daniels before last year's draft and chooses not to throw it at the combine.
Like Sanders, they focused on Pro Day at their respective colleges with Williams taking first place for the Chicago Bears and Daniels taking second overall, heading towards Washington's manager.
Sanders began his four seasons in college.

The first two seasons were at Jackson State, where he played for Sanders, with the duo leaving for Colorado.
Sanders threw for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions as a senior.
He came in eighth place in the Heisman Trophy poll and lost to Colorado teammate Travis Hunter, a cornerback/wide receiver who is likely to be a high pick in April.
Ward spent last season in Miami and is believed to like being the top overall pick in the draft starting April 24th.
