Coach of top-ranked college basketball team cheers Trump's Bongino pick

The coach of the Auburn University boys' basketball team posted in support of President Trump's announcement that Dan Bongino, the country's top-ranked team and conservative commentator, will become the vice-FBI director.

“Congratulations to my friend and the great patriot Dan Bongino. The bad guys are best to keep their heads spinning!” Bruce Pearl said in a I'll post it on Social Platform X on Sundays.

“Thank you to my good friends.” Bongino replied.

According to show notes, Pearl appeared recently when he marched in March last year and discussed compensation for NCAA athletes.

“Choosing another right-wing Fox's personality and internet troll – Dan Bongino – as deputy FBI director, it means two things,” Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif) wrote in X.

“Trump will set up another loyalist who doesn't say no to immoral or unethical conduct. And our law enforcement and public safety is even worse.”
