The naming of Kash Patel's acting ATF director position promotes optimism among gun rights groups, at least the ATF has been suppressed and perhaps completely abolished.
Breitbart News reported that Patel was sworn in as proxy supervisor on Monday. The Dudley Brown Association of the National Gun Rights Association later spoke with Breitbart News, and Patel, who was at the helm, said “We have notified the ATF of the Rogue: we cannot trample the Constitution.”
