Megyn Kelly called on MSNBC host Rachel Maddow over the on-air criticism of the left-leaning network's decision to remove hosts including Joy Reid, saying, “I took my boss's face and rubbed it with an S-T.”
“She's one of the most annoying people on TV.” Sirius XM Host I said. “She oozes sanctuary and self-righteousness. This is the real capper. She took her boss's face last night and rubbed her shit,” Kelly said.
The cancellation of the show for MSNBC's Joy Reid and Alex Wagner prompted Maddow's rant amid a major network-wide remodel ordered by new boss, MSNBC president Rebecca Kutler.
Kelly called on two Maddow bosses, Kutler and Mark Lazarus, CEOs of MSNBC's parent company, to take action for Maddow's remarks.
“If one of my employees ever did this to me, I fired them very quickly and you couldn't put me back down with the claims of 'view discrimination', you're cracking down on freedom of speech,” Kelly said.
Kelly also criticized Madou's meaning that MSNBC's actions have racial bias.
During the broadcast, Madow said it was uneasy to see “both Primetime non-white hosts have lost the show,” and it was “unprotectable.”
Kelly began the show reading various definitions of the word “sanctuary” – when he was morally superior, he described Madou.
“You've come to another conclusion, so you just randomly oppose their decision and blame racism and she should be fired,” Kelly said.
Kelly said that Madow “running in the air last night” was “disrespectful.”
